Shipping Information:
All orders are normally ship within 2-3 BUSINESS days from the time the order is placed depending on product availability. We normally have all products in stock, except for customized orders. If we have products for which an order was placed we will ship the product the next business day. Weekend orders will be processed the next business day if product is available. If for some reason your product is out of stock/backorder you will be notify by email.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
All the products we sell are selected by experienced drivers and fabricators, thus we truly believe you will be pleased with the products and services we provide. We understand, however, that occasionally you may have to return something to us for a variety of reasons and to make it easier we have a no-hassle return and exchange policy.
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you believe you have received a defective product contact us at custserv@sidexsidefabstore.com to make arrangements and we’ll make it right. Defective items can be exchange for up to 7 days from the date of delivery. If for some reason we ship the wrong order let us know by email custserv@sidexsidefabstore.com and well contact you to make rearrangements to make your order right. Returned products must be returned in its original condition and if sold as a set, it must be returned as a set. If we sent you the wrong item in error, we will, of course, pay the shipping costs. Some returned orders and all custom orders require a restocking fee. We ship all exchange orders back to you for FREE (Priority Mail or ground service) in appreciation of your business with us. Some orders such as Roll cages require special delivery method, if you place an order on such products you'll be contacted by one of our representatives.
